Silver Willow
15"H x 14"W x 14"D. Created using 24 and 26 gauge galvanized steel wire. All the branches end in a single strand of the thinner wire and many almost reach the ground. This produces a very light and airy effect. The willow tree is planted in an irregular shaped base made of several different size rocks and pebbled all bound together with rough sea sand. The sea sand mixture is painted in several coats of yellow, green and white India ink. The color and texture of the surface of the mound gives the feel and appearance of moss covered earth. All the colors used are "light fast" and will not fade

SHIPPING INFORMATION...
The way I ship my tree sculpture is by using a "box within a box". If the tree sculpture is 8" x 8" x 8", I wire the tree onto the inside bottom of a box that is a least 10" x 10" x 10". The tree sculpture is secured into the center on the bottom of this inner box so that none of the branches ever touch any of the sides or inside top of this box. The inner box is then sealed and put into another larger outer box and bubble wrap is placed around all sides, top and bottom of the box with the tree sculpture in it. I have been told by some of my customers that boxes have arrived upside down and battered however, due to the cushioning around all sides of the inner box, the sculpture arrives safe and sound. I have shipped thousands of tree sculptures of all sizes, as far away as Japan and Egypt, using the method and I have never had any problems or any sculpture returned or damaged.
